Brings over 20 years of expertise in luxury fashion and customer service-focused retail sales. Having worked at renowned retailers Selfridges and Harvey Nichols, he understands the evolving needs of the fashion and retail landscape.

Known as a natural connector with a charismatic personality, he co-founded his resourcing partnership in 2003. His focus is now to develop Directory to rise and meet the challenges faced by clients and candidates in a rapidly changing fashion retail lifestyle ecosystem.

As a high energy entrepreneur with a passion for healthy living, Younus will be focusing on building his professional offerings to develop Directory beyond Retail and into the Technology & Digital sectors whilst continuing to expand with a personal approach to all confidential Global Executives Search hires.

His time outside the office is spent with his young family and enjoying the London parks for running, as well as maintaining an active healthy fitness regime shared with friends and raising money for charity causes.
