​Began his career in luxury fashion at Harvey Nichols after studying at the London College of Fashion. He then went on to manage Nicole Farhi in New York for 4 years, delivering record sales.

Embracing his love for business led to the creation of a successful recruitment consultancy, now known as Directory. Javid’s forensic global market knowledge and keen analytical expertise for identifying business needs and qualifying talent is the driving force behind building the Directory offering. He is known for delivering top talent in emerging markets, as well as the luxury and fashion sectors.

Outside of the business, Javid is a passionate family man with a love of hip-hop and the pre-requisite sneaker aficionado status that comes with it.
